Loveandliaisons (“Site”) is owned by Chronicles Of Truth Productions, Inc. (“COTP”) and is currently provided free of charge to users who agree to abide by these T&C. COTP reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these T&C from time to time as COTP sees fit. Users who violate these T&C will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site. Users should check these T&C periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these T&C, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Within the 50 U.S. States standard shipping will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and not via FedEx.
Military, P.O. Boxes, and International Shipping SALES TAX DAMAGED DVDs Damaged videos must be returned within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Please follow the packing directions listed below. For damaged videos only, we will credit your charge/credit card for the cost of shipping.
Note: Please do not attempt to return videos to us if you did not purchase them on-line or from us at the live performance or from members of COTP. Any black market copies of our videos are clearly identifiable and there will be no refund/replacement or return of the copied tape. If there are black market copies in circulation that have our labels, color cover, etc., we can easily identify them.
RETURN policy and limited guarantee against defects REFUNDS If a refund is granted, you can expect a prompt refund in the form of a check. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling costs. PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN: Just a few simple steps: 1.) Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2.) Affix the return label to the outside of the box.

There is no sales tax added to your order.
COTP’s 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or COTP. COTP will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product returned items. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please email us at: admin@loveandliaisons.org or call us at: 301.277-2525. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
The site is provided by COTP on an “as is” and “as available” basis. COTP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied functions contained on the site will be uninterrupted or error free. You expressly agree that your use of the site is at your sole risk. None of the COTP parties is responsible or liable for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other indirect damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or the information contained on the site, even if that party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall COTP any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability of the COTP parties to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action resulting from your use of the site, whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise, exceed one dollar (us$1.00). Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
TERMINATION
COTP may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these T&C. in the event these T&C are terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these T&C will survive termination.
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of COTP, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.
